I realise there is still well over a month to go, but in photography things, I am rounding off this year.

It's been pretty eventful, but also fast! I cannot believe the years are just passing by like they don't matter. Next year though, I need to get out there more to take some photos. I need to try and ALWAYS take GREAT shots, try more panorama's and HDR shots. Apart from that, I have no further plans. I'll be uploading the rest of this years shots by the 20th of December - that's a deal!

A good band which really puts effort into creating good music.

Regina Spektor - Far
A beautiful voice and a good mix of songs.

However, I am more than impressed with the Soul Survivor Live album. Beth Croft's voice is so soft, it's well up there with other voices I like (Paul McGann, Ringo Starr, John Peel).

Good going with the Beetle stuff (another photography project for next year). For those that don't know, I bought a Classic Beetle from 1967. It's a great car. Yesterday I did some work on it and feel quite connected with it and what is going on. Still some work to do mind. It goes and is fine, all this "work" is tweaking really. For instace, yesterday I replaced the speedo cable as it made the speedometer wobble about everywhere. Added a locking gear stick lock thing and will be looking to fix that internal light soon!
A bigger task is to make the windscreen washers electric, but that the same time, add a switch to make them adjustable speeds, while making sure I use all the original switches and buttons to do it.
The last thing which I will do before the year is out, is add a radio. I have a head unit and speakers, but it is just how to wire it all up that I will struggle with!
